About the role

The Future Leaders Program at Aljazira Bank is a structured development journey for fresh graduates who want to start a career in banking. Participants will rotate through key banking functions, receive world‑class training, and build leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in rotational assignments across banking operations, risk, and customer service.
• Participate in training sessions delivered by partners such as INSEAD, BIBF, FITT, Fitch Learning, Formatech, and the University of Cambridge.
• Apply newly acquired banking knowledge to real‑world projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior staff to support daily banking activities and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.75/5 (or equivalent).
• Graduated within the last two years.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
