General Manager Communication Channels

About the role

The General Manager Communication Channels will lead the development and execution of Mobily’s commercial media strategy across owned and paid channels. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures campaigns meet KPI targets, enhances brand awareness, and drives market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop commercial media and digital strategies, roadmaps, and yearly calendars.
• Set budgets, KPIs and monitor performance against targets.
• Supervise all Mobily commercial media channels to ensure KPI achievement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to increase market segment share.
• Analyze campaign data, report results, and create corrective action plans.
• Monitor competitor media activities and propose innovative ideas.
• Manage media agency relationships, define KPIs, and assess creative outcomes.
• Work with research teams to identify media gaps and performance insights.
• Measure spend effectiveness, ROI, and oversee strategic media buying.
• Implement digital optimization plans including SEO, tagging, and Google Analytics.

Required profile

• Strong experience in strategic and operational planning, project management, budgeting and financial follow‑up.
• Extensive technical and commercial background in telecommunications or ICT.
