About the role

The General Manager provides overall strategic direction and operational leadership for the organization, driving growth, efficiency and financial performance across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term strategic plans aligned with the company’s vision.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation and process efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and build a high‑performing management team, fostering an inclusive culture.
• Conduct regular financial reviews, budgeting, forecasting and KPI monitoring.
• Maintain and expand relationships with clients, partners, regulators and other key stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate operational and market risks.
• Drive change initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of senior management experience with a proven record of revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to influence at all levels.
• Experience leading transformation and change‑management projects.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated talent development and team‑building capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory, compliance and legal considerations.
