General Physician – Emergency Room (ER)

About the role

The Emergency Room (ER) General Physician provides front‑line medical care for patients with minor illnesses and injuries. Working in a fast‑paced clinic environment, the physician conducts video consultations, diagnoses conditions, prescribes treatment, and guides patients on preventive health measures.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, document medical histories and clinical findings.
• Design and implement individualized care plans.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; review results promptly.
• Prescribe medications and administer vaccinations when applicable.
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, medication use, and health‑promotion strategies.
• Refer complex cases to specialty clinics and coordinate follow‑up care.
• Conduct video consultations and ensure accurate electronic record keeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from a recognized university.
• Valid SCHS medical license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with office software and health‑information systems.
