GM Marketing Transformation

About the role

The General Manager of Marketing Transformation will lead the design and execution of Mobily's commercial and digital transformation agenda. Reporting to senior leadership, the role balances long‑term strategic goals with short‑term operational targets to drive profitability and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the marketing commercial plan for key themes (New Year, Ramadan, summer, etc.) and manage the internal PMO to keep all units aligned.
• Lead cross‑functional, company‑wide projects and act as the Marketing SPOC for initiatives such as VAT, CPR, and TOS.
• Drive global commercial transformation and turnaround activities from a marketing perspective, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Oversee IT and technical capability development, including DWH, BI, analytics, and automation of periodic reports and dashboards.
• Set short‑term and long‑term strategies for commercial transformation and digital enablement.
• Define and enforce marketing policies, processes, and compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, HR, risk management, corporate PMO and other departments as the marketing interface.
• Lead technology selection and digitization initiatives to support marketing growth.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in strategic and operational planning, project management, budgeting and financial follow‑up.
• Strong mix of technical and commercial expertise in the telecommunications or ICT sector.
• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or an equivalent field.
