Government Relations Executive

About the role

Carry out the processing, follow‑through, and completion of all daily online transactions of the KSA Commercial Government Relations function, ensuring timely processing of documents and effective execution of job requests. Interact and communicate with internal stakeholders regarding job requests.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and validate commercial GR service requests from internal stakeholders and business units.
• Coordinate with various departments and business units for permits, certificates, licenses, lease agreements issuance, renewal, amendment, and cancellation.
• Handle internal and external customer queries and maintain effective communications with stakeholders.
• Liaise with government departments and keep business units informed of regulatory changes.
• Process online applications and fee payments on government portals, maintaining up‑to‑date trackers and ECM files.
• Administer the Commercial GR database to ensure accuracy and timely renewal of trade licenses, agency agreements, trademarks and other permits.

Required profile

• University diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in retail, F&B or hospitality.
• Full proficiency in Arabic (native); English proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong influencing, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter, proactive, results‑driven and able to work under high pressure and strict deadlines.
