Graduate Civil Engineer – Site Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join AlEnjaz Company’s project execution team in Saudi Arabia. The role offers hands‑on experience in site supervision, technical drawing review and quality monitoring, supporting senior engineers on active construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily construction and field operations, ensuring work follows engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and submit Requests for Inspection (RFIs) and follow up on consultant approvals.
• Produce daily and weekly site progress reports, documenting activities and resource usage.
• Review shop drawings and architectural/structural layouts using AutoCAD.
• Maintain strict compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations and quality control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (0‑1 year experience, fresh graduate).
• Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with good communication skills.

Required skills

• AutoCAD – basic to intermediate proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel – basic to intermediate proficiency.
• Microsoft Word – basic to intermediate proficiency.
