Graduate Civil Engineer – Site Supervision Role

About the role

We are looking for a fresh‑graduate Civil Engineer to support the execution of construction projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves assisting site supervision, monitoring civil works, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications while gaining practical engineering experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising civil works and monitoring daily site activities.
• Review engineering drawings and technical specifications to support project execution.
• Participate in site inspections and ensure work follows approved plans.
• Monitor construction quality and report deviations or technical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, site records, and project documentation.
• Assist with quantity take‑offs and material tracking.
• Support health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
• Help resolve routine engineering and construction‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid membership/registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel between project locations.
