Graduate Internship – Energy Solutions (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Siemens Energy is offering a 6‑12 month Graduate Internship program in Saudi Arabia (Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh). The program gives recent engineering graduates hands‑on experience on projects that support the energy transition and climate‑friendly solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Attend 100 % of the program, including training sessions and project work.
• Complete assigned tasks and duties in a safe, responsible manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
• Follow Siemens Energy internal regulations and guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Instrumentation & Control Engineering (specific locations per discipline).
• Graduation year 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Active participation in extracurricular activities or university projects.
• Strong curiosity, communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
