About the role

Nithar, a fast‑growing creative agency in Riyadh, is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to lead the design process for a variety of client projects. This full‑time, on‑site role offers the chance to shape visual identities, collaborate with creative teams, and deliver high‑impact design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design concepts from initial brief through final production, ensuring alignment with client needs and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Create digital, print, and branding assets, including packaging, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Prepare design files for production, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and quality.
• Review and critique work to uphold high standards of creativity and brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design styles and projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for typography and design aesthetics.
