Graphic Designer – Creative & Brand Design

About the role

EXA Ceramics is looking for a Designer to create visually engaging, on‑brand designs across print and digital platforms. You will translate client briefs into high‑quality visual assets that support the company’s marketing, product, and branding objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for brochures, websites, social media, advertisements, and product packaging.
• Design graphics, logos, illustrations, and visual elements for marketing materials and product presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals.
• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to visual guidelines for colors, fonts, and style.
• Prepare final design files for production, coordinate with print vendors and external partners, and ensure timely delivery.
• Revise designs based on feedback from clients, managers, or stakeholders and provide progress updates.
• Stay updated on design trends and suggest improvements to design processes.
