Graphic Designer for Construction Branding

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to support the branding, marketing and project communication needs of a construction company. You will translate technical and architectural information into clear, visually compelling materials for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing and branding assets such as brochures, company profiles, presentations, proposals and tender documents.
• Create visual content for construction sites, including signage, hoardings, safety boards and banners.
• Develop layouts for project reports, method statements, timelines and infographics that simplify technical data.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing and business development teams to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Prepare graphics for digital platforms, including social media, website updates and email campaigns.
• Ensure all designs follow company branding guidelines and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and revise designs based on feedback.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and commercial teams.
• Excellent time‑management skills and capacity to handle several projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PowerPoint.
• Experience using AutoCAD or basic 3D visualization tools (preferred).
• Knowledge of printing processes and large‑format production.
• Familiarity with tendering and proposal design.
