Group Chief Executive Officer

About the role

The Group Chief Executive Officer provides visionary leadership for the entire organization, shaping long‑term strategy and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting to the Board, the CEO drives value creation, fosters innovation, and steers the company through a rapidly changing market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term strategic vision aligned with market trends and stakeholder interests.
• Lead financial performance, meeting or exceeding targets for revenue, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Promote an inclusive, innovative culture that emphasizes employee development, diversity, and corporate social responsibility.
• Engage regularly with the Board of Directors to present updates, strategic plans, and risk assessments.
• Oversee corporate governance, compliance, and ethical business practices across all geographies.
• Leverage advanced data analytics and technology to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a multinational corporation, including C‑suite exposure.
• Proven track record in corporate strategy formulation, scaling businesses, and managing change.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, global teams and cultivate high‑performance cultures.
• Strong financial management expertise, including budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk‑management capabilities.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; advanced degree highly desirable.
