Group Tax Manager

About the role

The Group Tax & Reporting Manager will oversee tax compliance and financial reporting for FTG Development’s entities across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE. Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure accurate tax filings, board‑level reporting, and coordination with auditors and external advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance for Zakat, corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing and related‑party transactions.
• Review tax implications of intercompany charges, management fees, service arrangements and cross‑border payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packs, variance analysis, balance‑sheet schedules, cash‑flow summaries and KPI dashboards.
• Develop board packs, management presentations and finance dashboards for senior leadership.
• Coordinate tax returns, audits, and regulatory correspondence with external advisors and authorities.
• Review and finalize statutory financial statements, management accounts and audit deliverables.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with extensive experience in tax, accounting standards and multi‑entity finance operations.
• Proven track record handling cross‑border transactions and intercompany arrangements.
• Strong ability to produce board‑level reports and support senior finance leadership.
