Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at the Jeddah office. You will lead growth initiatives, optimise marketing campaigns and use data-driven insights to improve customer acquisition for Scalera and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to optimise marketing campaigns and acquisition funnels.
• Analyse performance using marketing and web analytics tools and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Manage marketing projects and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Implement and maintain marketing automation processes to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth marketing and designing scalable strategies.
• Strong background in marketing analytics, web analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Project management expertise with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of Saudi market trends is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
