About the role

The Guest Experience Agent delivers memorable, personalized service to guests throughout their stay at a Ritz‑Carlton property on Ummahat Islands. You will act as a trusted guide, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards.

Key responsibilities

Provide seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences.
Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
Process operational needs, complete reports, and share local area highlights.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Move throughout the property, handling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Uphold uniform, appearance, and communication standards.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification needed.
