Guest Experience Agent – Luxury Resort (Pre‑Opening)

About the role

Join the pre‑opening Guest Experience team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA, a new luxury resort on Saudi Arabia’s Triple Bay. As a Guest Experience Agent you will help set up guest‑service procedures and deliver personalized service to guests once the property opens.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with pre‑opening tasks such as setting up guest experience procedures, training staff and preparing systems.
• Welcome guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out, and ensure a seamless stay.
• Handle VIP, repeat and special‑guest preferences to create tailored experiences.
• Coordinate pre‑arrival arrangements, in‑stay requests and post‑stay follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience Supervisor and other departments to maintain service standards.

• Strong passion for hospitality and delivering luxury service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple guest requests.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts in a pre‑opening environment.
