Gym Instructor

About the role

Join a leading hotel brand as a Gym Instructor, creating a safe, motivating, and welcoming fitness environment for guests. You will be the primary point of contact for guests using the hotel’s fitness facilities, ensuring they receive professional guidance and support.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with the safe use of fitness equipment.
• Conduct fitness inductions and demonstrate proper exercise techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised fitness centre.
• Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance needs.
• Promote the hotel’s fitness facilities and wellness programmes.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Diploma or certification in Fitness, Physical Education, or a related field (preferred).
• At least one year of experience as a Gym Instructor or in a similar fitness role.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Passion for health, fitness, and delivering excellent guest service.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
