About the role

evercare is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead its nursing team in delivering preventive, science‑backed healthcare solutions. The role combines clinical expertise with strong leadership to ensure high‑quality patient care across all services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and evaluate nursing staff while managing schedules and shift distribution.
• Oversee clinical nursing services such as IV infusions, blood sampling, and vital‑sign monitoring to guarantee top‑tier patient care.
• Monitor and manage clinical inventory, medical supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Health regulations and strict infection‑control guidelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between physicians, management, and the nursing team to streamline operations.
• Resolve patient complaints promptly and manage clinical emergencies effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and a valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory nursing role (Head Nurse / Charge Nurse) within a medical centre or hospital.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong asset.
