Head of Crypto Vertical (Business Growth Leader)

About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for building and scaling a high‑growth crypto vertical into an autonomous business unit in Saudi Arabia. You will own the full P&L, drive revenue and profitability, and shape the long‑term commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the crypto vertical P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, margin management and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute commercial strategy for crypto products such as wallets, cards, trading, payments and related services.
• Identify, negotiate, close and manage strategic partnerships with issuers, processors, liquidity providers, SaaS platforms, neobanks, exchanges and merchants.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments to inform growth strategies.
• Build a lean organization from the ground up across growth, performance marketing, business development, partnerships, operations and support.
• Define team structures, KPIs, performance expectations and coaching processes.
• Align cross‑functional teams (Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Data, Marketing) around commercial objectives.
• Establish core business processes, partnership pipelines, SLAs, KPI reporting and operating rhythms.
• Launch and optimise customer acquisition channels to achieve target LTV/CAC ratios.
• Present business plans, financial performance and growth opportunities to founders and executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading high‑growth fintech or crypto businesses with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong track record of building and scaling teams from inception to operational maturity.
• Demonstrated ability to secure and manage strategic B2B and B2B2C partnerships.
• Deep understanding of crypto product ecosystems (wallets, cards, trading, payments).
• Excellent analytical skills to translate market and regulatory insights into actionable strategies.
