Head of Finance – Value Add Ingredients

About the role

The Head of Finance – Value Add Ingredients will lead all financial activities for Ornua Saudi (Al‑Wazeen) and the Food Service business. Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role partners with the Operations Director and other senior managers to drive profitability, strategic planning and financial performance across two key P&L units.

Key responsibilities

• Own full financial management and reporting for Ornua Saudi and Food Service, including statutory accounts, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Provide accurate, timely financial results and insights to support business objectives and strategic decisions.
• Develop, support and monitor the strategic business plan in close collaboration with the Operations Director, Finance Director OEM and regional teams.
• Lead initiatives across functions to identify growth opportunities and cost‑saving measures.
• Manage cash flow, funding, working capital and employee benefit plans.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior finance roles, preferably within the food, dairy or ingredients sector.
• Proven track record of managing multiple P&L responsibilities and delivering financial performance improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
