Head of Financial Reporting

About the role

The Head of Financial Reporting will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of Cenomi Centers' financial reporting processes. This senior position provides critical financial insights to support strategic decision‑making across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Implement accounting and reporting policies in line with GAAP, IAS, SOCPA and other applicable standards.
• Oversee timely quarterly and annual closing, consolidation of ledgers and accounts.
• Manage reconciliation activities at corporate, regional, property and project levels.
• Prepare and approve financial statements for Cenomi Centers and its subsidiaries, affiliates or JVs.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Review project accounting statements, forecasts and cost structures.
• Coordinate ERP accounting systems with IT and support external auditors.
• Provide ad‑hoc analyses, cash‑flow forecasting and respond to statutory information requests.
• Assist Zakat and VAT teams and review fair valuation of investment properties.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualification (CPA, CIMA, CA, ACCA) required.
• Master's degree in accounting preferred.
• 7+ years of financial and management accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of listed‑company regulatory requirements, CMA regulations and international accounting standards.
• Experience in real‑estate or related industry and complex group‑wide reporting is a plus.
