Head of Financial Reporting

About the role

The Head of Financial Reporting will lead Cenomi Centers' financial reporting function, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with international and local accounting standards. This senior position provides critical financial insights to support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and ensure a timely financial close.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA and other applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
• Manage financial consolidation, account reconciliations and reporting across subsidiaries and business units.
• Review financial statements, project accounting, forecasts and cost analyses.
• Oversee ERP accounting systems in collaboration with the IT team.
• Coordinate external audits and support auditors throughout the audit process.
• Support Zakat and VAT compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
• Review fair valuation of investment properties and related financial assumptions.
• Perform additional financial analyses and special duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CIMA, CA, ACCA).
• Master's degree in accounting preferred.
• 8+ years of financial and management accounting experience, including 2‑3 years in a managerial role.
• Understanding of listed‑company regulatory requirements, CMA regulations and standards such as SOCPA, IFRS, GAAP and IAS.
• Experience in real‑estate or related industry is a plus.
• Experience with complex group‑wide accounting and reporting, preferably in a publicly listed company.
