Head of Marketing

About the role

Our client, a leading organisation based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced and commercially‑minded Head of Marketing. Reporting directly to the CEO/Managing Director, the role will shape and execute the overall marketing strategy, strengthen the brand and drive customer engagement to support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, manage and develop the marketing team, setting clear priorities, objectives and performance metrics.
• Provide strategic marketing insight and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
• Own and strengthen the brand strategy, ensuring consistent identity and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and risks.
• Oversee digital marketing channels including website, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and digital campaigns.
• Design integrated campaigns across digital, traditional and experiential channels.
• Utilise data, analytics and marketing technology to optimise campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Lead the planning and delivery of major marketing campaigns from concept to execution, managing internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Develop customer‑facing communications that support acquisition, retention and overall commercial growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, real estate, banking or financial services.
• Proven senior leadership experience with a track record of building high‑performing marketing teams.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating business objectives into effective marketing plans.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to align marketing activities with organisational goals.
