Head of Operations – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Operations to lead the execution of multiple large‑scale construction projects across Saudi Arabia. The role demands a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure safety, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction operations across several mega‑projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project planning, execution, resource allocation, commercial performance, risk management, and client satisfaction.
• Manage Project Directors, Construction Managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts, Saudi regulations, and local authority requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 20–25+ years of construction experience, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple mega‑projects.
• Proven track record delivering high‑rise buildings, mixed‑use developments, airports, stadiums, hospitality, healthcare, villas, or large‑scale master developments.
• Experience managing projects valued from SAR 1 billion to several billions.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Saudi construction regulations.
