About the role
Abareez Advanced Company is opening a multi‑cuisine fine‑dining restaurant in Riyadh in 2026. The Head Waiter will lead the front‑of‑house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience in this ambitious project.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach waitstaff to ensure high‑quality service.
- Coordinate table service, reservations and guest seating.
- Oversee food and beverage delivery, working closely with kitchen and bar.
- Maintain cleanliness and hospitality standards in the dining area.
- Handle special requests and promptly resolve service issues.
- Support training of new team members and uphold brand service protocols.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a head waiter or supervisor in fine‑dining or high‑end restaurants.
- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory service.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Experience with multi‑cuisine or international restaurant concepts preferred.
