Head Waiter

About the role

As a Head Waiter at Hilton, you will lead the front‑of‑house service team to ensure every guest receives friendly, timely and efficient hospitality. You will be the main point of contact for guest queries, oversee beverage service and maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing regulations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and product offerings.
• Ensure mise‑en‑place is fully stocked at all floor stations.
• Follow correct reporting procedures for any operational issues.
• Guarantee food and beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Uphold Hilton grooming standards, uniform dress code and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire safety and health‑and‑safety legislation.
