Healthcare Finance & Revenue Cycle Specialist

About the role

The Finance & Revenue Cycle Management Specialist will oversee financial activities and the end‑to‑end medical insurance claim process within a healthcare environment. The role combines finance, accounting, and revenue‑cycle expertise to ensure accurate invoicing, budgeting, and claim handling.

Key responsibilities

• Validate invoices and quotations, monitor budgets, prepare monthly financial analysis and variance reports.
• Manage monthly medical insurance claim submissions, review claim accuracy, handle rejections/denials, and reconcile payments with operators and insurers.
• Produce financial and RCM performance reports, track KPIs, and support audits.
• Coordinate with KAUST Health, finance teams, healthcare operators, and insurance companies to resolve issues and improve revenue‑cycle performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
• Proven experience in both finance/accounting and healthcare revenue‑cycle management.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
