Healthcare Systems Partner

About the role

The Healthcare Systems Partner (HSP) at Roche acts as the local representative and empowered leader, working directly with policymakers, regulators, payers and other healthcare stakeholders. The role focuses on co‑creating and implementing solutions that improve patient outcomes across the ecosystem while aligning with Roche’s scientific expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map, engage and manage a wide range of ecosystem stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary trusted contact for stakeholders and Roche, communicating vision and securing resources.
• Apply the VACC (Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst) model to drive innovation internally and externally.
• Leverage local and network resources, collaborating with other HSPs and Patient Journey Partners.
• Analyze ecosystem data to detect trends and inform broader healthcare system strategies.
• Bring external insights into Roche to shape strategy and disseminate Roche’s science and knowledge back to the ecosystem.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy; advanced life‑science degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum two years of experience in Market Access.
• Deep understanding of healthcare system processes, governance, access, pricing and policy.
• Excellent customer engagement and complex project management abilities.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and developing collaborative strategies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
