HORECA Regional Manager - Catering & Institutions

About the role

The HORECA Regional Manager – Catering & Institutions leads field sales activities for Mayar Foods in the assigned region. The role focuses on achieving sales and collection targets while delivering exceptional customer service to hospitality and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the daily route plan with the sales team to visit customers and discuss order requirements.
• Assist in releasing orders, monitor stock levels in warehouses, and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor promotions, pricing, and sales trends to the HORECA Channel Manager.
• Implement sales promotions as directed and follow up on order queries with the Sales Coordinator.
• Prepare and share daily status and collection reports with the Channel Manager.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return‑goods issues professionally.
• Track collections, raise overdue concerns, and ensure accurate cash and check accounting.

Required profile

• Proven experience conducting field sales operations within the HORECA sector.
• Strong ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Effective coordination with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and collection processes.
