Hostess, Café Boulud - Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is hiring a Hostess for its Café Boulud restaurant, created by Chef Daniel Boulud. As the first point of contact for guests, you will welcome and seat them, manage reservations and coordinate table assignments, working closely with the Restaurant Management and Service team to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, and manage reservations and table assignments
• Ensure a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure
• Oversee the flow of the restaurant and maximise seating efficiency
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries with professionalism, courtesy and hospitality

Required profile

• Saudi National only, in line with the hotel's Saudization and localization commitments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months to one year of experience in a restaurant, food and beverage or guest service setting, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Previous hostess or restaurant reservations experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Required skills

• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic preferred
• Working knowledge of restaurant reservation systems (SevenRooms experience is an advantage)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Professional appearance and grooming in line with Four Seasons standards
