Hotel Sales Manager

About the role

The Hotel Sales Manager will lead the generation of room, events and catering revenue for Al Khozama Hotel & Residences KAUST. Based on‑site in Jeddah, the role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with corporate, institutional and individual clients to maximise bookings and enhance the hotel’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities across corporate, institutional and leisure segments.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation, proposal preparation and contract negotiation to closing deals.
• Conduct site inspections and tailor packages to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional offers and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts, reports and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent the hotel at networking events and industry functions to strengthen brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, preferably in a 4‑ or 5‑star environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with solid organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline and client management.
• Experience using Opera Cloud Sales System.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
