Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be part of the Guest Environment Expert team responsible for delivering a memorable and unique experience to hotel guests. You will maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and support spaces while ensuring high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, corridors, and service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
