Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are seeking passionate and dynamic housekeeping professionals who take pride in delivering extraordinary customer service and creative solutions for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Receive work assignments, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log book accurately.
• Clean rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, floors, and polishing brass and metal.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, tidy guest toilet articles, and spot‑clean carpets when necessary.
• Keep fire exits and stairways clear, pick up litter from corridors and pathways, and maintain guest corridors, service pantries and service areas in a neat condition.
• Report any maintenance work required immediately and remove room‑service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.
• Inform valet service to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing services.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Enjoys working with a multicultural team and guests.
