HR Coordinator – Riyadh (6,000‑7,000 SAR/month)

About the role

We are looking for an organized HR Coordinator to support the human resources function of a leading children’s play and entertainment venue in Riyadh. The role will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Support employee relations and respond to HR‑related inquiries.
• Monitor attendance, leave management and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and administer employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.
• Handle GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa and other government‑related HR processes.
• Support performance management, employee development and training coordination.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.
• Assist with visa, Iqama and employment documentation where required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, entertainment or leisure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational and confidentiality skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is highly desirable.

• HR systems (e.g., GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa).
