HSE Manager – Construction Supervision (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

JASARA is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead the health, safety and environment function for major construction supervision projects across Saudi Arabia. You will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, project requirements and HSE standards while fostering a strong safety culture on site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project HSE team.
• Implement and maintain the project HSE management system and plans.
• Monitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements and conduct audits.
• Identify key HSE risks and ensure mitigation measures are in place.
• Investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions and track implementation.
• Prepare regular HSE performance reports and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate HSE matters with client, contractor and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as an HSE Manager on large construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead HSE teams and manage contractor HSE performance.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE legislation and international standards.
