HSE Officer – Eastern Province (Aramco Approval Preferred)

About the role
Alfanar is seeking an HSE Officer for its Eastern Province projects. The role supports the promotion of health, safety and environment procedures in line with company policies and Saudi regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing, monitoring and implementing the organization’s health and safety policy.
- Inspect workplaces, identify hazards, assess risks and report findings.
- Conduct fire drills, emergency response training and accident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with legal health and safety requirements and site‑specific work rules (SABIC, SEC, MARAFIQ, ARAMCO, SWCC).
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation for site start‑up, ongoing operations and closure.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety & Health.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in EPC or construction environments.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong teamwork and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Risk assessment and method statement preparation.
