HSE Training Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HSE Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of health, safety and environmental training across major construction and infrastructure projects. You will shape a strong safety culture by designing comprehensive learning solutions for employees, management and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s HSE training strategy.
• Design and deliver classroom, on‑site, workshop and e‑learning programs.
• Conduct training needs assessments and create training matrices.
• Monitor training effectiveness, evaluate results and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate training records and produce management reports.
• Coach and mentor HSE trainers and coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE training requirements and standards.
• Promote a culture of safety, learning and professional development across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HSE training and development, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Certified NEBOSH Tutor, IOSH Approved Trainer, OSHA Approved Trainer or equivalent.
• OSH Practitioner/Professional Certification issued by the Ministry of HRSD (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of KSA and international HSE regulations, standards and best practices.
• Proven experience designing and delivering HSE training for employees, managers and contractors.
• Experience with e‑learning development and web‑based training modules.
