An HVAC Technician at Hilton is responsible for keeping all refrigeration and air‑conditioning equipment and installations in optimal working condition through timely repairs and preventive maintenance. The role ensures guest rooms remain comfortable, safe, and aligned with Hilton’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to all refrigeration and A/C trouble reports each day, giving priority to guest‑room issues to minimize discomfort.
• Collaborate closely with the A/C and Refrigeration Technician/Foreman and peers to execute the preventive and annual maintenance program.
• Follow all safety rules, departmental procedures, and regulations while performing work to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor, supporting overall hotel operations.
