HVAC Technician (Saudi National)

About the role

Carrier is seeking a skilled Saudi National HVAC Technician to deliver inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and servicing of heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning equipment. The role combines strong technical knowledge with a focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assigned HVAC service, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair tasks following standard procedures.
• Complete tasks within required timeframes while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate timesheets, job cards, service records and inspection reports.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in air‑conditioning units and recommend corrective actions.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and keep detailed maintenance logs.
• Repair, replace, adjust and maintain defective HVAC components, including motors, belts, blowers and coils.
• Adjust and maintain electrical and electronic control systems.
• Prepare inspection reports, job completion certificates and EH&S documentation.
• Estimate labor hours, tools, equipment and materials required for each job.
• Communicate progress, issues and recommendations to customers.
• Identify safety hazards, implement controls and follow all EH&S policies.
• Safely rig and set up gantries and lifting arrangements for heavy HVAC equipment.

Required profile

• Saudi National with a solid background in HVAC service and maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical HVAC systems.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards and environmental, health & safety (EH&S) requirements.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
