Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer

About the role

The IGA Engineer will manage and maintain the organization’s Identity Governance and Administration solution, ensuring secure identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the IGA platform to ensure availability and operational stability.
• Configure workflows, RBAC models, access policies, and governance controls.
• Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes and access provisioning/de‑provisioning.
• Integrate IGA with Active Directory, LDAP, Linux, Windows, and database systems.
• Support application onboarding, identity synchronization, and entitlement management.
• Manage patching, upgrades, and change‑management activities.
• Support access review and certification campaigns with reporting and technical input.
• Troubleshoot IGA‑related issues and provide on‑call support when required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IAM/IGA or cybersecurity.
• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint, IBM ISIM, Oracle Identity Governance, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant IGA certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) required.
• Banking or financial‑sector experience is a plus.
