IIS Administrator – Manage Windows Server Web Infrastructure

About the role

The role involves managing and maintaining a web server environment using Internet Information Services (IIS) on Windows Server. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and optimizing the IIS platform to support web applications and services.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure IIS infrastructure and applications on Windows Server.
• Manage web server and website infrastructure, including security settings and performance optimization.
• Configure application pools, web farms, and URL rewriting.
• Set up and maintain FTP and SMTP services.
• Implement and manage SSL certificates.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IIS performance issues.
• Collaborate with application teams to assess deployment requirements.
• Upgrade .NET Core and remediate vulnerabilities associated with IIS and .NET.
