About the role
We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our showroom team in Riyadh as an Indoor Sales Representative. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales within a dynamic retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation and a sales‑driven mindset.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
