Industrial Engineer – Production Planning & Improvement

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join the Production Department of KSB Pumps Arabia. The role focuses on supporting pump set production through planning, scheduling, process monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan production processes, capacity, resources and schedules.
• Review Bills of Materials and mechanical drawings released by Engineering.
• Prepare and update production schedules using tools such as Just Plan It.
• Provide production teams with required documentation and schedules.
• Monitor production quality, quantity, safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Engineering on BOM and drawing feedback.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
• Participate in audits and support corrective‑action implementation.
• Identify and contribute to continual‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 0–1 year of experience in manufacturing, machine parts, welding, machining or assembly.
• Strong analytical, systems and process‑thinking abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Interest in production and manufacturing engineering.
