Inertial Solutions Systems Engineer

About the role

The Inertial Solutions Systems Engineer will support validation and characterization of Si‑Ware's inertial products. The role combines test automation, embedded firmware analysis, hardware debugging and data reporting to ensure high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test plans, scripts and device drivers for high‑speed data acquisition.
• Use oscilloscopes, logic/protocol analyzers and DMMs to diagnose hardware and resolve signal‑integrity or protocol issues on PCBs.
• Process, clean and analyse test datasets, producing clear validation reports.
• Review, trace and debug C‑based firmware, verifying SPI/I²C interfaces and sensor calibration logic.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and collaborate with design, firmware and production teams.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Saudi national with active Engineer membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Entry‑level experience (approximately 1 month) or a strong academic background in relevant fields.

• Hands‑on experience with laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, logic/protocol analyzers, DMMs)
• Embedded systems knowledge, especially SPI and I²C interfaces
