Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

Red Steel is looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the first line of technical assistance for its client portfolio in Riyadh. You will work on‑site at client offices, resolve day‑to‑day issues and ensure smooth operation of their IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily support for Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive), laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Handle user onboarding and off‑boarding, including account creation, licensing and device setup.
• Manage Entra ID / Active Directory tasks such as user creation, group management and password resets.
• Visit client sites 1–2 days per week to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Log tickets and maintain documentation for all support activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranties, repairs and hardware procurement.
• Assist senior engineers on network, server and infrastructure projects when required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
• Strong communication skills with non‑technical users and a proactive follow‑through attitude.
• Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of Windows laptops and peripheral devices.
