Infrastructure System Integration Specialist – Microsoft & Red Hat Migration

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure System Integration Specialist to design, implement, and support enterprise‑level IT infrastructure across Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, virtualization, and hybrid cloud environments in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server, IIS, PKI, Hyper‑V and Failover Clustering.
• Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat Satellite and the Ansible Automation Platform.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible, PowerShell and Bash scripts.
• Implement and maintain VMware vSphere and Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
• Plan and execute migrations of Windows, AD, Linux, virtualization and hybrid cloud workloads.
• Apply security hardening, patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and produce technical documentation such as high‑level and low‑level designs, migration plans and runbooks.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Hyper‑V).
• Solid scripting/automation skills using Ansible, PowerShell or Bash.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing).
• Knowledge of infrastructure security, hardening and patch management.
• Familiarity with Azure or hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
