Inside Sales Representative - Branch Operations

About the role

Alkaffary Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative specializing in branch operations in Buraydah. You will be at the front line of customer interaction and product sales within the branches, welcoming and assisting customers, promoting products and driving sales. The role works closely with the sales team to boost revenues and reach business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional way and create a welcoming atmosphere in the branch.
• Provide detailed product information, answer questions and offer personalized solutions.
• Promote and sell products, highlighting features and benefits suited to each customer.
• Meet and exceed sales targets using effective sales techniques.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up.
• Work with the marketing department to align sales with branch promotions.
• Take part in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused approach to building relationships.
• Goal-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
