Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

As an Inside Sales Specialist at NMK Electronics, you will be the first point of contact for clients, building and developing relationships while representing the brand with professionalism and confidence. You will ensure a seamless client experience from initial engagement through project delivery, working in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Prospect and market NMK’s product portfolio to potential new accounts.
• Prepare, generate, and follow up on quotations to secure orders, or determine reasons for loss.
• Obtain orders via email and telephone, verify details, and transfer to the operations team.
• Qualify and develop opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and regional heads.
• Research accounts, identify buying influences, and generate additional interest.
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects within the assigned territory.
• Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar inside sales role, preferably in the AV field.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a proven track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
