Interface & Stakeholder Manager

About the role

The company, a leading engineering consultancy, is looking for an experienced Interface & Stakeholder Manager to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing interfaces between departments and systems while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement interface management strategies for seamless integration across departments and systems.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate interface‑related risks and issues.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee interface‑related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on interface management and stakeholder engagement to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in interface management, stakeholder management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluency in English and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
